As an enthusiastic recruiter, you play a crucial role in the recruitment process and are responsible for finding, attracting and selecting top talent who contribute to the success of our clients.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and approach suitable candidates through various recruitment channels.
- Conduct job interviews and assess candidates’ skills and suitability.
- Maintain close collaboration with hiring managers to understand and translate staffing needs into effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, including drafting vacancies, coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
- Building talent pools and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.
- Contribute to the development of effective recruitment strategies and processes.
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter
- Proven success in recruiting diverse profiles within a dynamic organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
- Independent and proactive with a results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the labour market and trends in recruitment and selection.
- Experience in using various recruitment channels and techniques.
