HR Manager – Region of Ypres (Ref. 1561)

For a leading industrial player in Belgium we are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a permanent position. In this key role you will take operational leadership of the HR team and help shape the strategic HR direction of a rapidly growing organization.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Operationally manage, guide, and coach the HR team across both soft and hard HR.
  • Set up and lead strategic projects (including talent management, cafeteria plan, pay transparency, absenteeism policy, employer branding, HR reporting, competency and retention management).
  • Optimize and further professionalize HR processes, focusing on efficiency, quality and best practices.
  • Act as a sparring partner for both employees and managers while building strong stakeholder management.
  • Strengthen and optimize internal communication towards employees.

 

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience as an HR Manager within a technical or industrial environment.
  • Experience working with blue-collar populations is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of social legislation.
  • Experience in coaching and change management is a strong asset.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English and French.
  • Strong communicator, hands-on, analytical and able to switch between strategic and operational levels.
