For a leading industrial player in Belgium we are looking for an experienced HR Manager for a permanent position. In this key role you will take operational leadership of the HR team and help shape the strategic HR direction of a rapidly growing organization.
Your responsibilities:
- Operationally manage, guide, and coach the HR team across both soft and hard HR.
- Set up and lead strategic projects (including talent management, cafeteria plan, pay transparency, absenteeism policy, employer branding, HR reporting, competency and retention management).
- Optimize and further professionalize HR processes, focusing on efficiency, quality and best practices.
- Act as a sparring partner for both employees and managers while building strong stakeholder management.
- Strengthen and optimize internal communication towards employees.
Your profile:
- Extensive experience as an HR Manager within a technical or industrial environment.
- Experience working with blue-collar populations is essential.
- In-depth knowledge of social legislation.
- Experience in coaching and change management is a strong asset.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English and French.
- Strong communicator, hands-on, analytical and able to switch between strategic and operational levels.
