We are looking for an experienced and versatile Corporate Recruiter for an international company in the Vilvoorde area, who aspires to grow into an all-round HR BP in the future.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process from A to Z: setting up campaigns, sourcing, conducting interviews, and selecting the right candidates.
- Developing the employer branding strategy (campus recruitment, social media, job boards, company website, etc.).
- Stakeholder management: closely collaborating with internal clients to understand their needs and writing tailored job descriptions.
- Onboarding: ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new colleagues.
- Supporting HR administration (drafting contracts, keeping employee records up to date, processing leave requests, and managing secondary benefits) and advising internal employees on various HR topics.
- Providing support for new and existing HR projects.
Your profile:
- Dutch speaker with a good command of English.
- Strong communicator, problem solver, and team player.
- Extensive experience in recruitment and HR administration.
- Interest in or knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.
- Eager to learn, autonomous, precise, and organizationally strong.
- Stress-resistant and flexible to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Open to challenges and taking initiative.
