For the Belgian headquarters of an international market leader, we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Learning & Development Specialist who will be the driving force behind the personal and professional development of their employees. This role reports directly to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Identifying learning and development needs through analyses and conversations with stakeholders.
- Developing, implementing, and managing learning paths that align with the organization’s strategic objectives.
- Planning, communicating, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.
- Collaborating with internal and external trainers, coaches, and training partners.
- Monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.
- Promoting knowledge sharing and self-development within the organization, contributing to the creation of a learning culture.
- Managing and keeping the Learning Management System (LMS) up to date.
- Staying informed about the latest trends, innovations, and subsidies in Learning & Development.
- Combining traditional learning methods with modern solutions, such as e-learning and interactive workshops.
Your profile:
- At least 2 years of operational experience in a Learning & Development environment.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and tracking training programs.
- Affinity with digital learning platforms and innovative learning methods.
- Bilingual in Dutch and French, with a good command of English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented, with the ability to manage projects independently.
