Junior HR Business Partner – Brussels

For an international company in the center of Brussels, we are looking for a junior HR Business Partner with initial work experience in HR.

As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will be guided and coached by an experienced Senior HR BP, giving you the opportunity to further develop your skills and grow within the company. You will be part of a stimulating environment where both blue-collar and white-collar employees, as well as management personnel, are active, providing a new opportunity to learn and grow every day.


Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting various stages from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees for all HR-related queries.
  • Assisting in managing personnel records and documents.
  • Drafting employment contracts.
  • Developing development plans for employees.
  • Organizing internal and external training sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
  • Contributing to various new and ongoing HR projects to support the company’s strategic goals.
  • Compiling HR reports and dashboards for management.


Your profile:

  • Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of French.
  • Strong communication skills, problem solver, and team player.
  • Initial experience in recruitment and selection processes and/or HR administration.
  • Interest in or knowledge of labor legislation is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and willing to grow in a supportive role.
  • Resilient and flexible to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Open to challenges and taking initiative.
