For the Belgian headquarters of an international group, we are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a permanent position. In this key role, you act as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the management team. You translate the HR strategy into tangible actions within the business and work closely with the HR Director, to whom you report directly.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for employees and the management team.
- Optimize existing HR processes and support change initiatives.
- Lead and coordinate various HR projects related to talent management, onboarding and offboarding, leadership development, coaching, retention strategies, and compensation & benefits.
- Strengthen the inflow, internal mobility, and retention of talent within the organization.
- Develop individual learning paths and follow up on performance and evaluation processes.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Learning & Development to support the business.
Your profile:
- Solid experience as an HR Business Partner within a professional white-collar environment. Experience in sectors like Retail, FMCG, Sales, or B2C is a strong plus.
- Trilingual: fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Proven expertise in working with HR data, including reporting, budgeting, and planning/forecasting.
- Good knowledge of social legislation.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to different sites across Belgium.
- Strong communication skills, self-driven, and results-oriented.
