Freelance Talent Manager – Region Ypres (Ref. 1526)

For a company experiencing strong growth, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Talent Manager. In this role, you will take the lead within the Talent Acquisition team and drive several key projects to further optimize processes. You will report directly to the HR Manager and work closely with internal stakeholders.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a targeted sourcing and employer branding strategy in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team (including campus recruitment, job fairs, social media, EVP, etc…), with a focus on technical workers and engineers.
  • Optimize the current ATS system, fine-tune the recruitment process flow and set up clear recruitment reporting for internal stakeholders.
  • Design and implement a competency and retention policy and foster a learning culture (including an internal L&D campus, development and career plans, mentorship programs, etc…).

 

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Manager within a technical or industrial environment, working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Coaching experience is a strong asset.
  • Dutch-speaking with a good knowledge of English and French.
  • Strong communicator, hands-on, analytical and skilled in stakeholder management.
