For a major international player with a Belgian site in the Antwerp region, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter who can provide temporary support within a new, large-scale strategic project.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with internal stakeholders to clearly define needs and profile requirements.
- Write clear and compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates and publish them across multiple channels.
- Develop a targeted sourcing and employer branding strategy tailored to each profile.
- Build partnerships with alumni associations and participate in campus recruitment and job fairs.
- Approach potential candidates proactively through various channels.
- Screen, qualify and select candidates.
- Coordinate the entire interview process from scheduling to feedback.
- Negotiate salary proposals and contractual terms and ensure administrative follow-up upon hiring.
- Provide a warm and professional onboarding for new colleagues.
Your profile:
- Proven experience recruiting blue-collar profiles, preferably in a technical, industrial or engineering environment.
- Experience in employer branding is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other channels.
- Autonomous, empathetic and eager to learn.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
