For the Belgian headquarters (230 fte) of a large international industrial group, we are looking for a Freelance HR Generalist. In this challenging role, you will report directly to the HR Manager and support various operational and strategic HR tasks.
Your responsibilities:
- Setting up and fine-tuning the various Eblox HR modules (Development, Performance, Comp & Ben).
- Acting as a sparring partner for the management team and supporting employees with HR-related matters.
- Optimizing HR processes during acquisitions of new entities.
- Managing personnel files, contracts, policies, and reporting.
- Contributing to various projects, including:
- Setting up, integrating, testing, and fine-tuning the time tracking system (Protime).
- Setting up an HR SharePoint drive.
- Developing the onboarding process.
- Voka Charter for Sustainable Entrepreneurship.
- Strengthening employer branding in collaboration with marketing (job fairs, campus recruitment, etc.).
- Recruiting technical workers and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies.
Your profile:
- Extensive knowledge of the various Eblox HR modules.
- A flexible and driven HR Generalist with a passion for managing diverse projects and optimizing processes.
- Good knowledge of social legislation.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
- Proactive, hands-on, and independent in your approach.
- Strong communication skills and a true team player.
