Our client is an international organization with its headquarters in the centre of Brussels. To support their local team (60 fte), they are looking for a Freelance HR Generalist who will help develop the HR strategy for their continued growth. In this role, you will report directly to the COO.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing operational HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, personnel administration, contract management, and payroll processing via SD Worx.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Optimizing existing HR processes and systems.
- Initiating HR projects (L&D, talent management, wellbeing, retention, etc.).
- Establishing a long-term HR strategy in collaboration with the executive committee and acting as a strategic sparring partner.
Your Profile:
- A driven HR Generalist who can operate both operationally and strategically.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR policies.
- Fluent in English (internal working language) and a good command of Dutch and French.
- Experience with SD Worx and personnel administration.
- Autonomous, proactive, and hands-on.
