For an international organization, we are looking for a Freelance HR Business Partner with solid experience in change and reorganization projects. You will play a key role in guiding an entire department (white-collar population) through a transition where important steps still need to be taken to truly bring vision and strategy to life. You will report directly to the HR Director and work closely with the management team and social partners.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a sparring partner for employees and managers.
- Manage stakeholders and collaborate constructively with multiple parties.
- Support exit and dismissal processes.
- Rewrite and optimize job descriptions.
- Contribute to organizational redesign and restructuring projects.
- Develop and implement a communication plan.
- Engage and negotiate with social partners.
- Shape initiatives around people development.
- Strengthen organizational culture and work ethic and help steer the organization towards higher performance.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as HR BP with a focus on change management and reorganizations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience working with unions.
- Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch.
- Empathic, co-creative, communicative, sharp and decisive.
