Freelance Change Management Consultant – Region Brussels (Ref. 1375)

For an international organization, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Change Management Consultant to support ongoing and upcoming transformation projects. You will be part of a team of three consultants and play a key role in driving change, strengthening employee capabilities, and fostering organizational buy-in.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, monitor and supervise change initiatives (culture, processes, technology, and organization).
  • Analyze employee impact and ensure changes are implemented on time, within budget, and with strong stakeholder adoption.
  • Collaborate with competence center managers, business project teams and HR Business Partners.
  • Design pragmatic change plans that are easy to implement and minimize resistance.
  • Identify and resolve obstacles to successful transformation.
  • Develop and execute communication and transparency plans throughout the change journey.
  • Organize trainings and workshops for end users, focusing on storytelling and communicating the impact of change.
  • Coach and lead a network of change agents and trainers.

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within business projects (principles, methodologies, implementation, and project management).
  • Solid knowledge of ADKAR is required (certification is a plus).
  • Hands-on, innovative and solution-oriented.
  • Strong communication skills and experience in storytelling.
  • Resilient, analytical, and able to set the right priorities.
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
