For a large Belgian organisation headquartered in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Compensation & Benefits Specialist to further develop and optimise their HRIS systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Map and analyse current HR tools (including eBlox Payroll / eBlox HR – SD Worx).
- Identify technological gaps and propose concrete actions for system alignment and integration.
- Simplify and automate key administrative processes (e.g. onboarding, leave requests, budget forecasting, etc…).
- Rework internal communication flows (between employees, HR BPs, and managers).
- Enhance the use of HR data and improve reporting for managers and the executive team.
- Launch new technology solutions (e.g. HR chatbot, KPI dashboards).
- Contribute to drafting the new specifications for the upcoming payroll solution.
- Collaborate with the Data Health team to ensure data alignment and strategic reporting.
- Communicate new processes clearly and engagingly to staff and management.
Your profile:
- Proven experience leading HR digitalisation projects and implementing HR or ERP systems.
- In-depth knowledge of SD Worx tools (eBlox HR / Payroll).
- Strong background in C& B, benchmarking and social legislation.
- Ability to map HR processes, identify bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Results-driven, autonomous, proactive and analytically minded.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Project management certification (Prince2, PMI, Agile, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and French.
