Our client is a leading Belgian organisation with more than 1000 employees and international operations. For their headquarters in the Kortrijk region we are looking for an experienced Freelance C&B Specialist. In this role you will report directly to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Harmonising, optimising and implementing C&B policies and processes, taking into account market trends, group alignment and new legislation (e.g. pay transparency, flexible remuneration, mobility budgets, etc…).
- Analysing, fine-tuning and optimising the existing job classification system.
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions.
- Actively managing stakeholders at various levels within the organisation.
- Managing internal communication and training stakeholders on C&B topics and policy changes.
- Leading change and project management initiatives within the C&B domain.
Your profile:
- Strong and proven expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including experience with job evaluation.
- Knowledge and experience in implementing one or more job evaluation methodologies in an international context is a plus.
- Solid experience in an environment with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Experience in project management and change management is an asset.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good working knowledge of French.
- Autonomous, communicative and analytically strong.
