For a leading international player, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Compensation & Benefits Specialist to support the integration of an acquired entity (white-collar population). In this strategic and operational role, you will work closely with the C&B Director and play a key role in shaping the new, unified policy.
Your responsibilities:
- Harmonize and optimize the overall C&B policy and employment conditions following an acquisition.
- Perform benchmarking on job classification, salary structures, mobility plans, company cars, insurance, bonus schemes, and cafeteria plans.
- Manage stakeholders and gather input and feedback from managers and leadership within both entities.
- Advise HR and management on reward strategies, market comparisons, and internal consistency.
- Analyze and report on C&B data to support budgeting and forecasting of labor costs.
- Optimize and document C&B processes and employee benefits, including pension schemes, mobility solutions, and wellbeing programs.
- Support change management initiatives focused on integrating culture, policies, and systems.
Your profile:
- Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.
- Extensive experience in an international and complex environment, ideally with post-merger integration.
- Strong knowledge of relevant labor laws and benefits regulations.
- Analytical, strong communicator, and hands-on mentality.
- Experience with HRIS systems (such as Workday) is a plus.
