Talent Acquisition Business Partner – Region Groot-Bijgaarden

For an international company with Belgian roots, we are looking for an experienced TA Specialist to support the company’s further growth. Additionally, as an HR Business Partner, you will be involved in various HR projects. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies (both nationally and internationally).
  • Strengthening employer branding by developing campaigns in collaboration with marketing.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers and other stakeholders to determine recruitment needs.
  • Actively sourcing and approaching talent through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, etc.) and working with external agencies.
  • Screening and interviewing candidates to ensure the perfect match.
  • Managing the entire recruitment process from A to Z, including contract negotiations.
  • Building and maintaining a talent pool for future vacancies.
  • Analysing recruitment data and optimizing processes.
  • Taking on various HR projects (onboarding, internal mobility, career path development, talent management, etc.).

 

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience in recruiting higher-level (white-collar) professionals (sales, marketing, logistics, finance, etc….)
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and a true team player.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French.
  • Initial experience as an HR Business Partner and in setting up projects is a plus.
