For a reputable player in the Belgian market, we are looking for a Senior Fleet Officer, responsible for the operational management of the fleet. Additionally, you will collaborate with suppliers, insurers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet operations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing a fleet of approximately 500 leased vehicles.
- Coordination between HR and drivers.
- Approving orders with the leasing company.
- Scheduling appointments for contract terminations, interim, or final inspections.
- Managing employee transitions: onboarding, offboarding, and transfers.
- Handling replacement vehicles in case of breakdowns or accidents.
- Overseeing pool cars and short-term vehicles for new employees.
- Responding to user inquiries.
- Optimizing fleet processes.
Your Profile:
- About 5 years of experience in fleet management.
- Experience in contract negotiations and supplier management.
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French; English is a plus.
- Structured and autonomous.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player.
