For a leading international player, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen the payroll team of four enthusiastic colleagues. You will be part of a dynamic team of dedicated experts who will support your further professional growth. With your expertise, you will contribute to smooth payroll administration, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time. In this role, you will report directly to the Payroll and C&B Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing and following up on payroll for approximately 1,000 employees (both blue- and white-collar workers) in Belgium, in collaboration with the social secretariat (SD Worx).
- Advising employees and managers on matters related to salaries, social contributions, and other HR-related topics.
- Managing personnel files, including contracts, leave requests, and sick leave.
- Collaborating with HR Business Partners and the management team to optimize payroll and HR processes.
- Performing payroll audits and identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with social and tax legislation.
- Preparing reports on personnel costs, absenteeism, and other relevant metrics.
Your profile:
- You are fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French and/or English is a plus.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in independently managing payroll from A to Z within PC200. Experience with eBlox is a plus.
- You have an excellent knowledge of social legislation and payroll processes.
- You are communicative, eager to learn, and have a keen eye for detail.
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, and ambitious to grow further in your expertise.
