Tenos has project requests in Payroll across various sectors for operational support at our clients, where you will work as a dedicated project consultant from Tenos. As a Payroll Professional, you will be responsible for a wide range of payroll-related tasks.
Your responsibilities
- Collect, process and validate payroll data for employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including tax deductions and other relevant deductions.
- Managing social insurances and pension schemes.
- Maintain knowledge of changing laws and regulations related to payroll.
- Advising management and employees on payroll-related matters.
- Resolve any discrepancies or queries regarding salary payments.
Your profile
- At least 3 years of experience as a Payroll Professional.
- Thorough knowledge of relevant payroll laws and regulations.
- Experience in using payroll software and systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Flexible, accurate and able to handle confidential information.
