Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives.
- Managing the entire recruitment and selection process, including drafting vacancies, conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
- Advising management on HR matters, labour legislation and personnel policy.
- Coordinate training and development programmes to strengthen employees’ skills and competences.
- Managing performance appraisal processes and implementing effective reward systems.
- Resolve HR-related issues and promote a positive working environment.

Your profile
- Extensive experience within various HR domains: Recruitment & selection, Payroll, L&D, HR management, Compensation & Benefits, Labour legislation ….
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
- Experience in leading change and implementing HR strategies.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Independent and proactive approach to work.
- Possession of relevant HR certifications is a plus.
