HR Interim Manager

Tenos has project applications within various sectors in Belgium. For this purpose, we are constantly looking for HR Interim Managers who are willing to provide support on a freelance basis and become part of our network.

Your responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business objectives.
  • Managing the entire recruitment and selection process, including drafting vacancies, conducting interviews and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Advising management on HR matters, labour legislation and personnel policy.
  • Coordinate training and development programmes to strengthen employees’ skills and competences.
  • Managing performance appraisal processes and implementing effective reward systems.
  • Resolve HR-related issues and promote a positive working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to human resources.

Your profile

  • Extensive experience within various HR domains: Recruitment & selection, Payroll, L&D, HR management, Compensation & Benefits, Labour legislation ….
  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
  • Experience in leading change and implementing HR strategies.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
  • Independent and proactive approach to work.
  • Possession of relevant HR certifications is a plus.
