Our client, a leading international player, is looking for an HR BP for a permanent position at its Belgian HQ (120 fte). In this operational and execution-focused role, you will be responsible for a wide range of HR tasks. You will report directly to the Regional BeNeLux HR Director.
Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact for employees and management on HR-related questions and providing support for daily HR challenges.
- Overseeing and following up on the monthly payroll processing via SD Worx and coordinating with the accounting department.
- Managing HR administration (including personnel files, contracts, and social documents).
- Supporting the recruitment of new employees and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Actively contributing to various HR-related projects and processes, depending on your interests and the company’s needs.
Your Profile:
- A few years of experience in payroll processing, preferably via SD Worx.
- Initial experience as an HR Business Partner and/or recruiter.
- Strong interest in employment law and social legislation.
- Fluent in Dutch, with a good command of French and English.
- Hands-on, strong communicator, and proactive mindset.
