For an international company, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Time & Attendance Specialist. In this role, you will act as the link between the business, operational teams and the configuration of the Time & Attendance system, with a strong focus on system integrations, process optimization and end-user adoption.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as the local functional expert for UKG Workforce Management, ensuring the solution complies with Belgian social legislation, collective labour agreements and business requirements.
- Identify, analyse and resolve functional issues within UKG, with a particular focus on issues impacting time & attendance, payroll accuracy and manual processing.
- Support the implementation partner in configuring and optimizing UKG to ensure accurate and reliable time & attendance processes.
- Reduce manual processing by optimizing system configurations, streamlining processes and defining clear business and governance rules.
- Optimize and monitor the interfaces between UKG, SD Worx, SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleForce, working closely with HR, HRIS, IT and external vendors.
- Test and validate new configurations and solutions together with key users to ensure a successful go-live.
- Support end users by sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Prepare functional documentation, business rules and training materials to ensure sustainable internal expertise on the UKG platform.
Your profile:
- Proven expertise in UKG Workforce Management and Time & Attendance systems is essential.
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and the impact of time & attendance on payroll processing.
- Experience working in an industrial or other complex operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business, HR and IT.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Fluent in French and English.
