For our international client in the Zaventem region, we are looking for an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to support their Belgian department in fully setting up an Learning and Development strategy from scratch.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze learning needs in collaboration with various internal stakeholders.
- Advise on learning and development strategies that align with the company’s vision.
- Design and implement a development plan and related processes that prepare the organization for the future.
- Create a talent program that helps employees reach their full potential.
- Provide recommendations for the right LMS tools and technologies to support the Learning and Development plan.
- Act as a sparring partner for HR management to support strategic decision-making.
Your profile:
- Proven track record in independently setting up Learning and Development project implementations from start to finish.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management; you know how to effectively engage and manage stakeholders.
- Autonomous, communicative, analytical, and an innovative problem solver.
- You think both strategically and practically, offering cost-effective solutions for the short and long term.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Learning and Development methodologies, training techniques, and experience with a wide range of LMS tools available on the market.
- Experience with Oracle HCM/HRIS is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
