For a dynamic and ambitious Belgian growth company (150fte), we are looking for a Freelance HR Manager to lead the full HR team. In this key position, you will report directly to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Operational leadership, guidance, and coaching of the HR team (4fte) across both soft and hard HR domains.
- Designing and driving strategic C&B projects (e.g. salary benchmarking, job classification, compensation structures, etc…).
- Optimizing and streamlining HR processes with a focus on efficiency, quality and best practices.
- Acting as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders and building strong stakeholder relationships.
- Working closely with the HR Director and supporting the preparation of Executive Committee meetings.
Your profile:
- Proven experience as an operational HR Manager, with a strong focus on coaching, co-creation, and succession planning.
- Deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
- Trilingual: Dutch, French and English.
- Experience in a scale-up or other fast-paced environment is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of and/or experience with HRIS systems and implementations is a plus.
- Thorough understanding of Belgian labor law and social legislation.
