For a leading international industrial player based in the Ghent region, we are currently looking for an experienced Freelance HR Business Partner with in-depth expertise in social relations within a blue-collar workforce. In this role, you will work closely with the local management team and report directly to the HR Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for both employees and management.
- Optimize and streamline HR processes, focusing on efficiency, quality and best practices.
- Lead and support HR projects, including change management, talent development and organizational optimization.
- Design and implement individual learning paths and performance evaluation processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with unions and employee representatives.
- Proactively mediate labor disputes and ensure transparent communication among all stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in social relations within an industrial setting (production and/or logistics).
- Extensive background as an HR Business Partner focused on blue-collar populations.
- Thorough knowledge of labor and social legislation, with up-to-date insights into recent legal developments.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong communicator, self-starter, and proactive team player.
