Senior HR Business Partner – Region Mechelen

Your responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for employees and the management team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with unions and employee representatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s strategy.
  • Optimize HR processes such as reorganizations, workload discussions, and workplace improvements, ensuring a positive social climate in compliance with legislation.
  • Guide change management and organizational development processes.
  • Lead various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Implement talent and competency management strategies.
  • Design individual learning paths and evaluation processes.
  • Optimize talent acquisition, internal mobility, and retention within the organization.
  • Analyze HR data and report on HR KPIs.

 

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in an industrial environment, working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
  • Experience in guiding change management projects.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with social relations.
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience to effectively operate in a complex environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French and English.
