Your responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic and operational HR partner for employees and the management team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with unions and employee representatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Optimize HR processes such as reorganizations, workload discussions, and workplace improvements, ensuring a positive social climate in compliance with legislation.
- Guide change management and organizational development processes.
- Lead various HR projects and initiatives.
- Implement talent and competency management strategies.
- Design individual learning paths and evaluation processes.
- Optimize talent acquisition, internal mobility, and retention within the organization.
- Analyze HR data and report on HR KPIs.
Your profile:
- Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner in an industrial environment, working with both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
- Experience in guiding change management projects.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and experience with social relations.
- Excellent communication skills and resilience to effectively operate in a complex environment.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French and English.
