For a well-established industrial company located in the Kempen region, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to strengthen the HR team. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth and accurate payroll processing for all employees (150 fte). Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to gradually take on broader responsibilities within Soft HR, tailored to your interests and at your own pace. You will report directly to the HR Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Full payroll processing from A to Z for both blue- and white-collar workers, in collaboration with SD Worx.
- Advising employees and managers on wages, social security contributions, and other HR-related topics.
- Creating HR reports (e.g., personnel costs, absenteeism, etc…).
- Optimizing payroll processes and policies.
- Managing time tracking (Protime), absences, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Handling HR administration such as contracts, addenda, and social documents.
- Supporting audits and social inspections.
Your profile:
- Solid experience with full-cycle payroll for both blue- and white-collar workers (eBlox and Protime).
- Strong knowledge of social legislation and payroll procedures.
- Hands-on mentality and willingness to travel between different sites.
- Experience with Compensation & Benefits (cafeteria plans, mobility, insurance, etc…) is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of French.
