Payroll Specialist – Region Tervuren (Ref. 1173)

For an ambitious and rapidly growing scale-up, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist for a permanent position. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing for their expanding employee base. You report directly to the HR Manager and serve as a key member of the HR team.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Prepare and follow up on payroll in collaboration with the social secretariat.
  • Monitor, analyze, and manage the time registration system.
  • Optimize and digitize payroll and HR processes.
  • Manage HR administration (processing social documents and keeping personnel files up to date)
  • Act as a business partner to employees and management on payroll-related topics (e.g. time credit, parental leave, termination procedures, etc…).

 

Your profile:

  • Solid knowledge of social legislation.
  • Proven experience with full-cycle payroll processing for white-collar employees. Experience with Partena (Expert Salary) is a plus.
  • Able to work independently, accurately, and with discretion.
  • Strong communicator, stress-resistant, and comfortable in a context of change and growth.
  • Fluent in Dutch with a good working knowledge of French.
