Payroll & Fleet Officer – Region Drogenbos

As a Payroll & Fleet Officer, you will work closely with a Payroll Expert colleague and report directly to the HR Manager.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Processing and verifying the monthly payroll for approximately 600 employees (blue-collar and white-collar) in collaboration with the social secretariat (Attentia, DOTS).
  • Managing the time registration system.
  • Updating personnel files and following up on HR administration.
  • Acting as a business partner for all payroll and social legislation matters.
  • Supporting HR and payroll projects (collective labor agreements, budgeting, policies, etc.).
  • Optimizing HR processes.
  • Managing the car fleet (orders, insurance, coordination with leasing companies, vehicle transfers).
  • Preparing reports in Excel.

 

Your Profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll for both blue-collar and/or white-collar employees.
  • Experience with time registration tools is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of social legislation.
  • Initial experience and/or strong interest in fleet management.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Dutch or French.
  • Punctual, proactive, and eager to learn.
