For a well-established and reputable Belgian company, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team and report directly to the Payroll Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Full end-to-end payroll processing (including holiday pay, year-end bonuses, eco vouchers, etc.) in collaboration with Acerta.
- Advising employees and managers on salaries, social contributions, and other HR-related topics.
- Preparing and analyzing HR reports (e.g. personnel costs, absenteeism).
- Contributing to the optimization of payroll processes and procedures.
- Participating in various HR projects (such as system migrations and the implementation of new HR tools).
- Managing the time tracking and planning system and monitoring absences, overtime and other payroll-related data.
- Handling HR administration (contracts, annexes, and social documents related to illness, career breaks, etc.).
- Supporting audits and social inspections.
Your profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
- Solid knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- Experience with Acerta Connect and a time registration system is a plus.
- You are communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good knowledge of French.
