Payroll Administrator – Region Evere (Ref. 1149)

For a leading international company with Belgian roots, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to strengthen the HR team. You will join a dynamic work environment and report directly to the HR Director.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire payroll process (A to Z) for approximately 200 employees internationally (blue- and white-collar), in collaboration with SD Worx.
  • Serve as the main contact for employees and managers regarding salary, social contributions, and other HR-related topics.
  • Prepare HR reports (personnel costs, absenteeism, etc…)
  • Actively contribute to the optimization of payroll processes and administrative procedures.
  • Oversee the time registration and planning system (Protime), and monitor absences, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
  • Handle HR administration (contracts, addenda, social documents related to illness, career breaks,  etc…).

 

Your profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing payroll from A to Z.
  • Hands-on experience with Eblox and Protime is a must.
  • Solid understanding of Belgian social legislation; experience with international payroll is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
  • You are communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
