For a leading international company with Belgian roots, we are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to strengthen the HR team. You will join a dynamic work environment and report directly to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage the entire payroll process (A to Z) for approximately 200 employees internationally (blue- and white-collar), in collaboration with SD Worx.
- Serve as the main contact for employees and managers regarding salary, social contributions, and other HR-related topics.
- Prepare HR reports (personnel costs, absenteeism, etc…)
- Actively contribute to the optimization of payroll processes and administrative procedures.
- Oversee the time registration and planning system (Protime), and monitor absences, overtime, and other payroll-related data.
- Handle HR administration (contracts, addenda, social documents related to illness, career breaks, etc…).
Your profile:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing payroll from A to Z.
- Hands-on experience with Eblox and Protime is a must.
- Solid understanding of Belgian social legislation; experience with international payroll is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills and an analytical mindset.
- You are communicative, proactive, and solution-oriented.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
