For an internationally active company in the Grimbergen region, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to provide temporary support within a strategic, long-term project.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth intake meetings with internal stakeholders to clearly define needs and profile requirements.
- Write clear and attractive job postings that appeal to candidates.
- Develop an effective sourcing strategy tailored to each profile.
- Build partnerships with local and regional job boards and job fairs where relevant.
- Proactively approach potential candidates through various channels.
- Screen, qualify, and select
- Coordinate the entire interview process, from scheduling to feedback.
- Negotiate contractual terms and handle administrative follow-up upon hiring.
- Ensure a warm and professional onboarding experience for new colleagues.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in recruiting blue-collar profiles, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
- Experience in an international recruitment context is a plus.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn.
- Independent, empathetic, sincere, and always eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
