For an international company in the Grimbergen area, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Recruiter to provide additional support in staffing a European project.
Your responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough intake sessions with internal stakeholders on various international projects to determine profile requirements.
- Write clear and attractive job descriptions.
- Develop an effective sourcing strategy to attract the right candidates.
- Establish collaborations with local and regional job boards and job fairs within Europe as needed.
- Proactively approach potential candidates through various channels.
- Qualify and select suitable candidates.
- Plan and follow up on the interview process.
- Negotiate contracts and handle administrative tasks during hiring.
- Responsible for the onboarding process for new colleagues.
Your profile:
- Proven experience in recruitment and selection of Blue-collars.
- Experience with and knowledge of technical and engineering profiles.
- Sourcing experience at the European level is a plus.
- Good LinkedIn networking skills.
- Autonomous, empathetic, sincere and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
