For a prominent industrial player in Belgium, we are seeking an experienced Freelance Payroll Specialist. In this role you will report directly to the Payroll Manager and support the HR team with the end-to-end payroll process for both blue- and white-collar employees.
Your Responsibilities:
- Process, verify and finalize the complete payroll (A → Z) for both blue- and white-collar employees using eBlox.
- Manage personnel files, contracts, simulations, policies and reporting.
- Act as a sparring partner for management and provide practical support to employees with payroll-related questions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and accuracy.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience managing the full payroll cycle for both blue- and white-collar employees in eBlox.
- Knowledge of split payroll (Nl/Lux) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of social legislation and applicable regulations.
- Fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, communicative and comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
- Result-driven and proactive in identifying and implementing process improvements.
