For our client, a rapidly growing mid-sized company in the Antwerp region that is part of a large international industrial group, we are looking for a Freelance Payroll Expert. In this challenging role, you will report directly to the HR Manager.
Your responsibilities:
- Process and review payroll for both blue- and white-collar workers (approx. 200 FTE) via eBlox.
- Ensure correct application of collective labour agreements, legal regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage employee files, contracts, HR policies, and reporting.
- Migrate payroll and time registration systems from SAP to Protime/SD Worx.
- Optimize payroll processes.
- Act as a sparring partner for the management team and support employees with HR-related questions.
Your profile:
- Experience with payroll processing for blue- and white-collar employees in an industrial environment using Protime and SD Worx.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian social legislation.
- A flexible and driven payroll expert with a focus on process optimization.
- Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a true team player.
