For an international player in the industrial sector, we are looking for an experienced Freelance Payroll/HRIS Project Manager. In this role, you will lead the optimization, digitalization and harmonization of payroll processes within a complex organization of approximately 400 employees.
Your responsibilities:
- Review and optimize existing payroll processes and the interfaces between the various HR systems.
- Translate business and end-user requirements into functional solutions.
- Manage the project from A to Z: define the roadmap, set priorities, monitor planning and ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate collaboration between HR, IT, HRIS and external vendors, acting as the central point of contact for all stakeholders.
- Prepare weekly project meetings and the monthly Steering Committee, while monitoring decisions, risks, dependencies and priorities.
- Lead change management activities within the local teams through effective communication, documentation, training and by driving the adoption of new processes and systems.
Your profile:
- Extensive experience as a project manager and change manager within payroll and HRIS projects in complex organizations.
- Hands-on experience with payroll implementations, HRIS solutions, time & attendance systems and HR reporting.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong asset.
- Solid knowledge of payroll and social legislation.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong analytical skills, a structured approach and the ability to engage and manage stakeholders at different organizational levels throughout change initiatives.
