Our client is a well-established organization in Belgium with its headquarters in Brussels. As a Freelance Learning & Development Designer/Specialist you will work closely with the business to design and create engaging and impactful learning experiences based on identified skill gaps. You will help employees further develop their knowledge and competencies and directly contribute to the organization’s success through effective learning and development initiatives.
Your responsibilities:
- Design and develop learning journeys using a blended learning approach to support organization-wide transformation, in close collaboration with various business domains.
- Support communication and change management related to the learning journeys within the organization.
- Select and curate content for guided learning journeys and programs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders (business, L&D teams, participants, etc.) to pilot and optimize the designed learning experiences.
- Ensure maximum learning impact in support of the overall business strategy.
Your profile:
- At least 5 years of experience in designing effective learning journeys using a blended learning approach (classroom training, digital learning, microlearning, mobile learning, etc.), preferably for both data and soft skills.
- Experience using SAP SuccessFactors as an administrator, with a solid understanding of its features and underlying logic.
- Experience in designing and developing e-learnings using one or more authoring tools is an asset.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- A passionate educator driven by internal customer satisfaction.
- A true team player, comfortable working with business partners and external stakeholders, and capable of building strong trust-based relationships.
