Our client is part of a global group and for their EMENA headquarters in Ghent they are looking for an experienced Freelance International Payroll and C&B Specialist. In this role you will report directly to the EMENA HR Manager and contribute to the further professionalization and digitalization of HR processes across the region.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the full Belgian payroll (A–>Z) for 60 employees in collaboration with Acerta.
- Coordinate the EMENA payroll (also 60 employees) together with local and regional payroll partners.
- Manage and optimize C&B within the EMENA region (document, benchmark and update benefit plans).
- Optimize and digitalize payroll and C&B processes.
- Act as a sparring partner for management and employees on payroll and benefit-related matters.
- Manage HR administration and communicate payroll and benefit changes to employees.
- Act as the SPOC for external payroll and C&B providers and support payroll audits.
- Handle stakeholder management and liaise with trade unions regarding compensation and working conditions.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience with Belgian payroll and managing multi-country payroll in an international environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian social legislation and experience with both blue- and white-collar employees.
- Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits including vendor management and negotiations on both national and international levels.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills with a keen eye for process optimization.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
