For a rapidly growing company in Brussels, we are looking for an experienced Freelance HR Generalist to support the development and growth of the HR team. In this role, you will report directly to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Act as a sparring partner for internal stakeholders and strengthen stakeholder management across the business.
- Design and lead strategic C&B projects (including salary benchmarking, job classification, pay structures, etc.).
- Optimize and streamline HR processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and best practices.
- Support and coach colleagues responsible for operational HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, L&D, personnel administration, contract management and payroll processing (via SD Worx).
- Work closely with the HR Director and assist in preparing executive committee meetings.
Your profile:
- In-depth expertise in Compensation & Benefits.
- Interest in and/or experience as a team leader or coach within an HR team (both Soft and Hard HR).
- Trilingual: Dutch, French, and English.
- Experience in a start-/scale-up or fast-changing environment is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and/or experience with implementations is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of Belgian labor and social legislation.
