We are looking for a Freelance Fleet Manager for an international company based in Brussels. This role will be responsible for the operational management and optimization of the vehicle fleet. You will play a crucial role in ensuring an efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective fleet operation while contributing to strategic projects and operational processes.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordinate fleet administration: ordering, delivery, charging infrastructure, maintenance, damage management, insurance claims, fines, inspections, and transfer.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding fleet-related inquiries.
- Manage budgets and monitor costs (lease contracts, fuel, and energy consumption).
- Support a migration project related to fleet management.
- Negotiate with suppliers, leasing companies, and insurers.
- Ensure compliance with legal obligations, taxes, and fleet management regulations.
- Work closely with the Payroll and C&B teams to align fleet management with employee benefits.
- Prepare reports and analyses to optimize costs within the CRM tool.
Your profile:
- At least 3 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in an international context.
- In-depth knowledge of lease contracts, insurance, and Belgian mobility legislation.
- Experience with migration projects and Flex Income Plans (FIP) is a plus.
- Strong negotiation skills and analytical ability.
- Fluent in English with good knowledge of Dutch and/or French.
- Independent, organized, and solution-oriented.
