Our client is part of a globally leading group. For their European headquarters in Brussels we are looking for a Freelance C&B / HRIS Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for both the strategic and operational development of the Compensation & Benefits policies for 260 white-collar employees across 3 countries. In addition you will take on the role of project manager for HRIS digitalization initiatives. You will report directly to the HR Director.
Your responsibilities:
- Harmonizing and optimizing the C&B policy and processes (analysis, design, implementation, change and project management) based on market trends, internal alignment within the group and new legislation (e.g. pay transparency, flexible reward, mobility budget, etc…).
- Designing and managing the Hay job grading system (e.g. onboarding and harmonizing new entities after M&A, validating salary proposals, ensuring grading governance, etc…).
- Managing annual C&B cycles (merit reviews, bonus calculations, warrant program).
- Managing stakeholders (e.g. budgeting & forecasting with Finance, mobility cases with external advisors, etc…).
- Leading HRIS implementations as project manager; managing the budget and coordinating external partners in implementing HRIS tools (SuccessFactors, time & attendance system, payroll provider and PowerBI) to digitalize HR processes such as onboarding, workforce planning, time tracking and succession planning.
- Managing internal communication and training stakeholders on C&B and policy changes.
Your profile:
- Solid experience in C&B and proven expertise in job grading using the Hay methodology within an international and dynamic environment.
- Experience as a project manager for HRIS implementations (SuccessFactors), payroll set-up, time & attendance systems and reporting.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is an asset.
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with Finance.
