Your responsibilities:
- Temporarily strengthen Finance teams during periods of growth, change, absence or transition.
- Develop and implement Finance strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Advise management and executive teams on financial matters.
- Optimise and professionalise financial processes.
- Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Deliver and improve management reporting and financial analyses.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity planning.
- Support accounting, closing, consolidation and audit activities.
- Develop KPIs and dashboards to support management decision-making.
- Lead or support finance transformations, ERP implementations and process optimisation initiatives.

Your profile:
- Extensive experience across various Finance domains, such as Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Audit, Treasury, M&A, Finance Management and Finance IT Systems (ERP/BI).
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.
- Experience in leading change and implementing Finance strategies.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Independent and proactive approach to work.
- Possession of relevant Finance certifications are a plus.
