{"id":4194,"date":"2026-09-09T23:07:49","date_gmt":"2026-09-09T21:07:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/?post_type=jobs&#038;p=4194"},"modified":"2026-09-09T23:09:40","modified_gmt":"2026-09-09T21:09:40","slug":"freelance-hr-business-partner-region-antwerp-ref-1713","status":"publish","type":"jobs","link":"https:\/\/tenos.be\/en\/jobs\/freelance-hr-business-partner-region-antwerp-ref-1713\/","title":{"rendered":"Freelance HR Business Partner \u2013 Region Antwerp (Ref. 1713)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>For a well-known Belgian company with international operations and approximately 400 employees (both blue- and white-collar), we are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance HR Business Partner<\/strong>.\u00a0In this role, you will report directly to the Regional HR Manager and act as a key HR sparring partner for employees, managers and various stakeholders across the organisation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as an <strong>HR sparring partner<\/strong> for employees and managers on a wide range of HR-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow up on the entire employee lifecycle, <strong>from onboarding to offboarding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Build <strong>strong relationships with key stakeholders<\/strong> and ensure constructive collaboration with various teams and departments.<\/li>\n<li>Organise and facilitate <strong>team dynamics workshops<\/strong> as part of wellbeing and people initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support the Talent Acquisition team<\/strong> by coordinating follow-up between TA and the business, monitoring priorities and budgets and supporting line managers during initial interviews.<\/li>\n<li>Actively contribute to various <strong>HR projects<\/strong> across different departments, including restructuring processes, reviewing job descriptions, job evaluations, career discussions, people development initiatives, year-end performance reviews and other HR-related projects.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimise and further professionalise HR processes<\/strong> with a focus on efficiency, consistency and a high-quality employee experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with experience supporting both blue- and white-collar employees.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in an industrial and\/or engineering environment is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Empathetic and a strong communicator, with a strong business mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently, set priorities and seamlessly switch between operational HR matters and broader HR projects.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English.
