In this versatile role, you will be responsible for Payroll and C&amp;B across Belgium, the Netherlands and France. You will work closely with the Regional HR Manager and C&amp;B Director, combining operational responsibility with project and change management.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Operationally<strong> manage the regional Payroll team<\/strong> (5 FTE) and ensure the quality and continuity of payroll processes.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate the <strong>day-to-day C&amp;B processes<\/strong> and act as a point of contact for the business on C&amp;B-related matters, including benchmarking, support for social dialogue, budgeting and tax audits.<\/li>\n<li>Take ownership of <strong>change and project management<\/strong> for the implementation of various <strong>C&amp;B projects<\/strong>, including pay transparency, merit increase cycles, bonus and commission schemes, mobility budgets, group and hospitalisation insurance, time registration, etc\u2026.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the annual <strong>merit review, bonus and warrant cycle<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and translate <strong>changes in social legislation<\/strong> into concrete policies, processes and actions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coordinate C&amp;B solutions<\/strong> in close collaboration with the Payroll team.<\/li>\n<li>Manage <strong>stakeholder relationships<\/strong> and ensure alignment with internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare clear <strong>internal communications<\/strong> regarding C&amp;B changes for employees, HR Business Partners, management and trade unions.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and support the transition to a <strong>new payroll system <\/strong>for the Dutch payroll.<\/li>\n<li><strong>(Re)write and update C&amp;B policies, <\/strong>FAQs, work regulations and collective labour agreements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience in C&amp;B, with a proven track record in projects, implementations and team management.<\/li>\n<li>Thorough knowledge of social legislation and payroll processes, including payroll calculations and their impact on C&amp;B.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to work independently and take ownership.<\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to switch smoothly between operational and strategic stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SuccessFactors, time registration systems and eBlox is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English.
