In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and act as a financial sparring partner to the management team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and oversee the day-to-day <strong>financial administration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advise management and the executive team<\/strong> based on financial analyses and insights.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility for <strong>monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare <strong>management reports<\/strong> and financial dashboards.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and monitor <strong>budgets and forecasts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Analyse and monitor <strong>financial performance (results and margins) and KPIs<\/strong> translating findings into concrete insights and actions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor <strong>cash flow and liquidity<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optimise financial processes<\/strong> and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>strategic projects<\/strong> and investment decisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong financial background and relevant experience as a Finance Manager, Financial Controller or in a similar role.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical, detail-oriented and skilled at structuring financial information and translating it into clear insights and concrete actions.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.<\/li>\n<li>Able to combine strategic insight with a hands-on mentality.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Able to work independently, take ownership and adapt quickly in a changing environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Region Brussels, with the flexibility to work remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you looking forward to your next Finance project where you can bring financial clarity and make a direct impact?
