For this purpose, we are constantly looking for Finance Interim Managers who are willing to provide support on a freelance basis and become part of our network.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Temporarily strengthen Finance teams during periods of growth, change, absence or transition.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement Finance strategies aligned with business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Advise management and executive teams on financial matters.<\/li>\n<li>Optimise and professionalise financial processes.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts and financial plans.<\/li>\n<li>Deliver and improve management reporting and financial analyses.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor cash flow, working capital and liquidity planning.<\/li>\n<li>Support accounting, closing, consolidation and audit activities.<\/li>\n<li>Develop KPIs and dashboards to support management decision-making.<\/li>\n<li>Lead or support finance transformations, ERP implementations and process optimisation initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Support mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs and other financial projects.<\/li>\n<li>&#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extensive experience across various Finance domains, such as Accounting, Controlling, Tax, Audit, Treasury, M&amp;A, Finance Management and Finance IT Systems (ERP\/BI).<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all organisational levels.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in leading change and implementing Finance strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Independent and proactive approach to work.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of\u00a0 relevant Finance certifications are a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tenos looks for challenging projects that suit you and match your needs.
