In this role, you will act as the link between the business, operational teams and the configuration of the Time &amp; Attendance system, with a strong focus on system integrations, process optimization and end-user adoption.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as the local <strong>functional expert<\/strong> for UKG Workforce Management, ensuring the solution complies with Belgian social legislation, collective labour agreements and business requirements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Identify, analyse and resolve functional issues<\/strong> within UKG, with a particular focus on issues impacting time &amp; attendance, payroll accuracy and manual processing.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support the implementation partner<\/strong> in configuring and optimizing UKG to ensure accurate and reliable time &amp; attendance processes.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce manual processing by <strong>optimizing system<\/strong> configurations, streamlining processes and defining clear business and governance rules.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize and monitor the <strong>interfaces<\/strong> between UKG, SD Worx, SAP SuccessFactors and PeopleForce, working closely with HR, HRIS, IT and external vendors.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Test and validate<\/strong> new configurations and solutions together with key users to ensure a successful go-live.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Support end users<\/strong> by sharing best practices and facilitating knowledge transfer across the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare functional <strong>documentation<\/strong>, business rules and training materials to ensure sustainable internal expertise on the UKG platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven expertise in UKG Workforce Management and Time &amp; Attendance systems is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of payroll processes and the impact of time &amp; attendance on payroll processing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience working in an industrial or other complex operational environment.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business, HR and IT.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders at different organizational levels.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in French and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract:<\/strong> Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration:<\/strong> 12 months.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location:<\/strong> Li\u00e8ge region, with the possibility of hybrid working.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you an expert in Time &#038; Attendance systems?
