In this role, you will provide operational support to the payroll team.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Manage the full payroll cycle<\/strong> (A\u2013Z) for approximately 300 employees (blue- and white-collar) in collaboration with SD Worx and within SAP HR.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor, analyze and optimize the <strong>time registration system<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the international <strong>Shared Service Center<\/strong> on HR administration (personnel files, contracts, simulations and policies) via Workday and Salesforce.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver accurate <strong>reporting<\/strong> for management.<\/li>\n<li>Act as a point of contact and <strong>sparring partner <\/strong>for management and employees on payroll-related matters.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and implement <strong>process improvements<\/strong> with a focus on efficiency and quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience with end-to-end payroll processing and time registration systems.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with SAP HR, Workday and Salesforce is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English with a good command of French.<\/li>\n<li>Proactive, eager to learn and service-oriented mindset.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6 months, with the possibility of extension.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Region Brussels, with flexibility to work remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a Payroll Officer who enjoys tackling challenges in a dynamic environment undergoing significant transformation?
