To cover a maternity leave starting in September we are looking for an experienced <strong>Freelance HR Business Partner<\/strong> who can ensure continuity within the HR team. In this role you will report directly to the HR Manager.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a <strong>sparring partner<\/strong> for employees and managers on a broad range of HR-related topics.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and analyze monthly employee <strong>engagement surveys<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Organize and facilitate team dynamics <strong>workshops<\/strong> as part of <strong>wellbeing<\/strong> initiatives.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Advise and support managers<\/strong> in addressing challenges related to stress, workload, retention and team dynamics.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement initiatives focused on <strong>people development and talent growth<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Manage stakeholders<\/strong> and foster constructive collaboration across various teams.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize and further professionalize <strong>HR processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and oversee the full employee lifecycle, from <strong>onboarding to offboarding<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Support <strong>Talent Acquisition<\/strong> activities where needed.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, analyze and follow up on <strong>HR reports and KPIs<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in various <strong>HR projects<\/strong> and collaborate with the corporate headquarters.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your Profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as an HR Business Partner ideally with a strong focus on wellbeing and employee engagement.<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of social legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with payroll is considered an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch and English.
