In this strategic and hands-on role, you will critically assess the optimal allocation of resources, priorities and focus areas for both teams. You will report directly to the General Director.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Coach, inspire and guide<\/strong> both the HR and communications teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Provide direction<\/strong> and support to employees in resolving complex issues.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare, analyze and follow up on <strong>reporting<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize and professionalize <strong>HR processes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong <strong>stakeholder relationships<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Take the lead in ongoing and <strong>new projects<\/strong> such as onboarding, offboarding, and leadership development programs.<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and manage <strong>complex HR cases<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Actively participate in the <strong>management team<\/strong> and contribute to broader organizational policy.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Your profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 10 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner\/ HR Generalist in shaping HR and internal communication policies.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in coaching and sharing HR expertise.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with change management and HR improvement projects is essential.<\/li>\n<li>Experience within the public sector is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree or equivalent through experience.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Dutch.<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on, operationally strong and able to work independently.<\/li>\n<li>Results-driven and an excellent communicator with an inspiring and transparent approach.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contract<\/strong>: Freelance.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Start date<\/strong>: ASAP.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Duration<\/strong>: 6 months, 4\/5.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Location<\/strong>: Region Leuven, with flexibility to work remote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Looking for a freelance HR assignment where you can drive strategy while making a real operational impact?
